The United Way has a comprehensive online resource guide that is updated monthly. It addresses resources for housing, food, health, mental health and more. Other resources include domestic violence help, disaster, senior services, transportation, legal, COVID, special needs and hotlines.

National Maternal Mental Health Hotline Services through the Health Resources and Services Administration is available. 24/7, Free, Confidential Hotline for Pregnant and New Moms in English and Spanish.

Many women and infants are eligible for Medicaid – a government program to provide health care to low income individuals and families.

With 40% of U.S. hurricane landfalls happening in Florida, hurricane season can be very stressful for Keys residents, and especially so for expectant parents and families with young children. To stay safe and be prepared, families are encouraged to start getting ready before a storm approaches

Have you experienced a loss? Many mother's find healing in donating their milk to fragile infants in honor of their baby. If you express and store your milk you may be able to donate it to help a baby in the neonatal intensive care unit for premature infants.
